Prisma Sauvignon Blanc

Casablanca Valley, Chile

This hand-harvested, un-oaked, 100% Sauvignon Blanc is produced from three Casablanca Valley vineyards: El Ensueño, Fundo Belén, and El Principal. Sandy clay soils and a cool coastal climate contribute to a bright, fresh character. Citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit with a mineral undertone lead to a crisp, elegant finish.

Lieu Dit Blanc de Mer

2024 Santa Barbara

Once pressed, the grapes (50% Chard + 40% Sauv Blanc + 10% Chenin Blanc) are vinified separately and fermented with native yeast. The wines are aged in neutral oak and stainless steel, then blended in tank before bottling. Bright citrus, yellow apple, and pear on the nose with a vibrant, mineral-driven palate.

Val de Meigas Albariño

Rias Baixas, Spain

Bright and expressive Albariño from Spain’s Atlantic northwest, defined by brisk acidity and saline freshness. Aromas of lime zest, green apple, and white peach lead into subtle notes of jasmine and wet stone. The palate is crisp and focused, with citrus and orchard fruit layered over a distinctly mineral, sea-spray finish. Clean, refreshing, and precise.

Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir

2024 Willamette Valley, Oregon

Bright and expressive, shaped by the Van Duzer Corridor’s marine influence and volcanic soils. Aromas of red cherry, cranberry, and raspberry are layered with rose petal, forest floor, and subtle baking spice. The palate is fresh and finely structured, showing vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and savory notes of earth and tea, carrying through to a long, clean, mineral-driven finish.

Mount Riley Pinot Noir

Marlborough, New Zealand

Bright, fruit-driven Pinot Noir from Marlborough’s cool coastal climate. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry are layered with subtle notes of dried herbs and soft spice. The palate is fresh and supple, with lively acidity, fine tannins, and pure red fruit carried through to a clean, balanced, gently savory finish with excellent overall harmony.

Altos Las Hormigas Malbec

Valle de Uco, Argentina

Focused and terroir-driven Malbec emphasizing freshness and precision over power. Aromas of dark cherry, plum, and violet are layered with subtle herbal and stony notes. The palate is structured and mineral-driven, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, and restrained dark fruit, finishing long, dry, and quietly savory.
